My initial contact with Matt and his organization was through a phone inquiry. This time I decided to respond and I am very glad I did.
He was very pleasant and informative. He had the answers to any questions or concerns I had. You always hear the beware of working with these home rehab organizations because of hidden orsurprise costs. I found none of these problems. Everything he said and was written in the contract was perfectly true with no hidden surprises.
We had to make an adjustment to the closing date because of a personal issue and that was handled easily and without any complications.
I have personally have sold multiple houses(through realtors)and I must say this was the easiest and most straight forward of any other them.
