Precautions We Have Put In Place
Ensuring the safety of our team and clients is our top priority, and we have implemented several measures to achieve this. Whenever a team member or maintenance worker enters a home, they are required to wear personal protective equipment, including gloves, a mask, and shoe coverings. Additionally, we have temporarily closed our physical offices to minimize the risk of exposure and transmission. To further promote social distancing, we have also eliminated any meetings that can be conducted via phone or video call. We are continuously monitoring and updating our safety protocols to align with the guidelines provided by health authorities. Our commitment to safety is unwavering, and we will continue to do everything in our power to keep our team and clients protected during these challenging times.
How We Are Able To Serve You
Although our physical offices are currently closed, we understand that your real estate needs don’t take a break. That’s why we’ve created a range of alternative methods to assist you during this time. Our team is always available via phone call, and we’re eager to listen to your needs, buying or selling goals, and personal situation. Additionally, if you prefer a more personal touch, we’re available for video conferencing via platforms such as Zoom, Google, or Facetime. We can even conduct virtual home walkthroughs, providing you with an immersive experience from the comfort of your own home. Moreover, we have implemented digital signature services such as Docusign, allowing you to sign documents remotely, without ever leaving your house. Whether you prefer traditional phone calls or modern digital solutions, we have everything you need to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction.
What You Can Do To Help
Try to avoid having outsiders come in for repairs or maintenance. However, if there is an emergency and something needs to be repaired, make sure they have protective covering and that you keep your distance. Be sure to sterilize your house on a regular basis, especially if a repairman or other professional comes into your home to provide a service. Washing your hands, disinfecting your house, and practicing social distancing are the best ways to keep you and your family safe. If you feel any sign of illness, stay home and call your doctor immediately!
It is Still a Great Time To Buy or Sell!
While we might all be going a little stir-crazy at home, there is no reason why things should not move forward if you are buying or selling a house in Twin Cities. Even if you aren’t able to see a house in person or if we aren’t able to get to your property to see it for ourselves, we are more than happy to see it virtually via a video call. By getting the ball rolling now, you will be ahead of the competition when all of this is over. Don’t wait! The competition for real estate once the virus has passed will be fierce! There are still tons of houses being bought and sold out there, don’t miss out on the opportunities that are out there in front of you just because you are stuck on the couch!
